Maksymilian Janc
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. Master’s thesis in commercial law completed at the Department of Commercial and Business Law, focusing on breaches of representation rules in limited liability companies, under the supervision of Dr W. Matysiak, with Prof. Aleksander Kappes serving as reviewer.
Since January 2025, an advocate trainee at The District Bar Council in Łódź.
Professional experience gained since the second year of legal studies, including work at a reputable law firm with involvement in complex and multifaceted court proceedings. Subsequently served as a coordinator in the litigation department of one of Poland’s leading capital groups specialising in debt management. Experience also includes providing legal support to a sports club and companies operating in the medical sector.
Currently actively involved in the activities of The District Bar Association in Łódź as a member of the Committee for Image, Legal Education and University Cooperation, as well as the Committee for New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
Professional interests focus on civil law, with particular emphasis on consumer law, sports law, corporate legal services, and mass litigation. Extensive experience in court proceedings. Fluent in English.
Privately interested in the automotive industry and sports, particularly football.
