Magdalena Bartenbach-Byczko

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, she also completed doctoral studies at the University’s Department of Financial Law. She further enhanced her international expertise at the University of Essex (UK), earning an LL.M. in European Business Law. In 2025, she expanded her professional competencies in the fields of digital transformation law and AI regulations having earned a postgraduate degree in New Technology Law at Kozminski University.

Her professional background includes prestigious international internships at the IBFD in Amsterdam and WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in Vienna. She has also participated in high-level training and conferences organized by the CJEU, the European Commission, and leading global law firms in London, including Clifford Chance, Baker McKenzie, and Allen & Overy.
