Klaudia Kostrzewa

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, where she defended her master’s thesis in the Department of Commercial Law. She completed her advocate’s traineeship with the Bar Association in Łódź. She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in Pharmaceutical Law for Business at Kozminski University in Warsaw. Furthermore, she completed postgraduate studies at the French Law School at the University of Lodz, conducted in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of University of Tours in France.

She gained her professional experience in law firms in Łódź, as well as by advising entrepreneurs as an in-house lawyer. She has provided legal support to entities operating in the energy, pharmaceutical, IT, manufacturing, and entertainment sectors, including ongoing legal services, drafting and reviewing internal procedures, preparing contracts and negotiating their terms, as well as representing clients before administrative authorities and in court proceedings.

She has extensive experience in handling litigation in civil and commercial matters.

Currently, as part of her legal practice, she advises foreign entities on conducting business activity in Poland.

She specializes in civil law, commercial law, business law, and labour law.

She is fluent in English and French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
